Crowne Plaza London Ealing, an IHG Hotel

Food was fresh & tasty. Had a lovely breakfast every morning & dinner one night, all were delicious. Room was clean , spacious & comfy. Serviced every day to high standards. All staff friendly & helpful. Location perfect for Wembley stadium as well as Central London. Ashbourne pub just across the road if you need a cheaper drink /cocktails/change of scenery, recommended.

This hotel perfectly delivers on its promises: Somewhat far from the citycenter yes, but reasonable price, 1 minute walk to the tube station, the tube takes you to the citycenter in 45 minutes. I specifically requested twin beds, the staff confirmed in advance and I got twin beds (whereas other hotels were striggling with confirming twin beds in advance - this was my main reason to choose Crowne Plaza Hotel). The room was perfect for a few nights stay, yes, somewhat old furniture, but again, reasonable price and everything was working, the shower was nice, breakfast was more than sufficient, and the two guys at the bar in the evenings were fantastic: Super friendly, super helpful! Access to tube , clean and fresh. On the whole friendly staff especially the cleaners and reception.

The breakfast choice is excellent.

The location of the hotel is very good, 1 min from the Central line Tube, and thre are buss stoppes all around it. We manged to check in early, around 1 PM, then the normal time, which seems to be 3 PM, The reception stuff was great, and helped us with the luggages while waiting, and they managed to do an early checkin. The room was good, cleaned. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of options, and the stuff, is helping in the buffet. It was the best option we manage to get at the time, as all other hotels around center of london are super expesive.
