Crowne Plaza. Ealing. Where do I begin? Well, it certainly put the Crowne on MY Plaza. Walking into the foyer was an unforgettable experience, brings to mind words like "opulence" and "sumptuous". It made me feel young and alive again. The gentleman on the front desk was absolutely smashing. Walking up the stairs I was met with a most pleasant room. As I opened the door it felt like opening the door to a new chapter in life. A new me. Who would I be tomorrow? Where would I go? The opportunities, endless. Beds were extremely adequate. And good sized mugs too. Some of them can be very small.

We would liike to thank Ana, Corina, Pedro, Soab and Newton for their excellent service. They are a real asset for this hotel. Top service, and very friendly. They realy make you feel comfortable. Our compliments to them! And we enjoyed having dinner here.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff were fantastic and so helpful, daughter has ASD and has issues with textures. Very handy for the tube, but a little far from central London via tube.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is varied and good. The family room pull-out sofa bed is not very comfy I'm afraid but the room was clean, if a little dated. The location was picked for Wembley Stadium but please be aware although less than 20 mins drive. The taxi service recommended by the hotel is £25 there and £25 back, they were locals so knew shortcuts and couldn't do enough to find us when picking us all up at midnight. From Ealing Broadway train station you can expect to pay £10 there and £10 back. So for that reason alone, I am afraid I will not be staying here again if I go to see an artist at Wembley unless I can find a cheaper alternative to taxis. The hotel is very quiet we stayed at the back which overlooks the gardens of the residents who live there.

Spacious, tastefully designed room and bathroom: everything to hand and all impeccably clean and in good order. Beds and bedding extremely comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and good variety of choice. Well appointed hotel out of town, but with good transport links to the West End and close proximity to Central line tube. Very pleasant, helpful staff.

Room was spacious, well lit, working safe, goof shower room. Comfy chair was comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but hot dishes were a little dry due to hot plates and heat lamps drying out food. Bread needs improving, as poor offering, only whole, some colored loaf, and bland factory wholewheat? Fresh cold cheeses and meats very poor. Breakfast room was spacios, and clean. Had one evening meal, which was good, although a little slow in serving. Location is just opposite the metro station , hanger Lane, accessed by the subway. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

I liked the hotel in general, having very kind and eager to help receptionists and a very good cleaning service, doing the job conscientiously every day. The family room we stayed in was large, also having a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. A plus was the fact that we had daily coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water in the room. The restaurant offered a hearty and varied breakfast, so we were all satisfied!

Friendly people. The Hotel is very close to Metro Hanger Lane which is in metro zone 3. The traffic outside is noicy but acceptable. There is a restaurant in the basement serving standard food. The is a Lidl 1km north and close there is 2 Persian restaurants and a pub which had happy hours for beers then we were there. There is also a Polish supermarket. The beds was very good and they fixed the fridge for us so we could save cold items. In the corridor there was a ice cube machine.

The room was big and spacious and very clean, we had booked for a family of four but was one bed short we let staff no and they were extremely helpful and we had an extra bed in our room straight away. Breakfast was amazing with great choices and variety. Staff all very friendly, and welcoming.

The staff were excellent. Specially at breakfast- Mrs Soad was extremely committed and was on her feet the entire time to make sure we got the items needed. Have yet to find another waiter like her. Even the staff at reception desk were great. It was a religious event for us and the hotel did a great job.
